Role Overview & Responsibilities

My client is a leading small to medium sized construction consultancy who have four offices across the UK in London, Bristol, Leeds, and Glasgow and have a headcount of fifty across these offices. They have experts in the Retail sector with several high-profile clients including the likes of; Apple, Sainsburys, Selfridges, McDonalds, Victoria’s Secret and many more. Over the years they have also expanded into other sectors such as; commercial, residential, and leisure.

Due to influx on projects in early 2023, they are now looking to recruit an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on some of most high profile projects in the region, you will also receive fantastic support and opportunities for career and personal development.

My client are looking to interview candidates who match the following criteria:

• Degree Qualified (RICS Accredited).
• A minimum of three years’ quantity surveying experience.
• A consultancy / professional quantity surveying background.
• Previous experience working on projects within the Built Environment.
• Friendly, personable, and adaptable.

Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

• Bachelor's (preferred)
