Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for Drink and Food Runners at fish! restaurant in Borough market.

The main role is: assisting waiters serving food on plates from our kitchen,serving drinks and wines to our customers, daily settings for service.

Please note that you need to have experience as a Runner or waiter/ess , confident and experienced 3 carry plates, serving drinks on trays,wine service.It is not a basic level position as a runner.

• Weekly averaging 40-45 hours with single and double shifts,2-3 days off per week.
• £ 13 per hour( depends on years of experience) including tronc, plus share of tronc bonus

We require someone:

• To work full time in various weekly rota
• Experience as a runner or waiter/ess bartender
• You must understand the meaning of customer service
• Fast and proactive
• With a team spirit
• With a positive and "can do" attitude
• With a strong work ethic

All applicants must either be eligible to live and work in the UK or must obtain a Share Code before applying.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
