Role Overview & Responsibilities

First Secure provide security services for clients in the hospitality, retail, logistics, events and leisure sectors, with offices in the West Midlands

We are looking to recruit Door Supervisirs for various venues in and around Birmingham and the West Midlands The ideal candidate would be well presented, proactive and customer focussed.

Hours: Typically Friday & Saturday with adhoc additional shifts

Role Responsibilities

Ensure the safety and security of staff and customers within the working environment.
Meet and greet duties
Assist the venue in managing capacity
Liaising with police and other emergency services
Report writing
Internal patrols

Role Requirements

Fully comprehensive 5 year work/education history
Smart appearance, reliable with a polite professional attitude
Clear communication
Experience within a customer facing security role, full training will be give for candidates that have not worked in the hospitality sector.
Excellent customer service skills
Valid DS SIA license
