Role Overview & Responsibilities
A hugely exciting opportunity to be the head up our operations in Newbury and the surrounding villages. Fine & Country are a forward thinking, rapidly growing premium estate agency brand with over 300 offices worldwide. We specialise in marketing beautiful luxury homes by giving a personal and bespoke service to each client to ensure they maximise the value.
The ideal candidate will have excellent area knowledge and may already be working in a senior role in the area. With excellent inter-personal skills, this position requires a high degree of self-motivation and autonomy. We are looking for someone who can deliver incredible customer service to our clients every step of the way; from the first meeting to a successful completion.
The role has the potential to grow to run a team of associates across the region.
An excellent commission package awaits the right individual with OTE of £100k+. Flexible working hours are possible and some incredible other perks.
