Job Description:Job Title: Vice President, Regional Account Executive (401K Sales)Note: Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position.The RoleAs Vice President, Regional Account Executive (RAE), the successful candidate will drive growth of Fidelity's 401(k) recordkeeping and workplace solutions business throughout New York State (excluding New York City and Long Island). This role is responsible for driving new business growth by building and leveraging a network of financial advisors and third party administrators (TPAs) to identify opportunities and connect clients with Fidelity's retirement plan solutions. Serving as a strategic resource on retirement plan solutions, the RAE will provide a consultative sales experience for advisors, TPAs, and small business owners that helps improve client outcomes and expand Fidelity's presence in the market.The Expertise and Skills You BringYour expertise includes a proven track record in consultative sales, financial services, or benefit-related industries. Preferred qualifications include:Experience selling through intermediaries such as financial advisors, TPAs, and consultantsDemonstrated success uncovering client needs and delivering tailored retirement and financial wellness solutionsProven ability to build and execute territory business plans, including market segmentation, pipeline development, and coverage strategyExperience developing referral networks and driving business growth through financial advisors and other key influencersStrong relationship-building skills with the ability to earn trust and influence decision-makersAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, results-oriented environmentKnowledge of 401(k) recordkeeping, administration, investments, and employee benefitsFINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses, or the ability to obtain them upon hireThe TeamFidelity Workplace Investing Sales is a high-performing, collaborative sales organization focused on helping employers and their employees achieve better retirement outcomes. RAEs are responsible for growing Fidelity's presence within their territories by developing advisor and TPA relationships, generating new business opportunities, and partnering with an aligned Retirement Director to deliver retirement and workplace solutions that meet clients' evolving needs.Fidelity's Onsite Working ModelFidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.The base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.Base salary is only part of the total compensation package.
