Receptionist/Gym Assistant

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a driven and enthusiastic Receptionist/Gym Assistant to join our team at Feel Fit Gym.

The job role:

• Working at the front desk welcoming visitors and members by greeting them
• Dealing with membership inquiries
• Answering phone calls in relation to queries about the gym
• Sale of memberships
• Maintaining cleanliness of the equipment and surrounding areas of the gym
• Assisting with tours/trials and ensuring members have a great experience at our facility
• Dealing with payments in accordance to company policy
• Looking into ways to drive revenue into the business
• Key holder duties including opening and closing the facility

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a reception/sales or customer service role is desirable
• Confident and a team player
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Computer literate
• Ability to use own initiative and present ideas
• Punctual

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: £10.00-£10.50 per hour
