Role Overview & Responsibilities

Position

CITY MANAGER

As a City Manager, you will support the Retail Director in the development of our London network, which includes 2 permanent points of sale (Bruton Street and another location) as well as a temporary pop-up (Dover Street Market).


Performance Management:

  • Analyze and optimize Retail KPIs
  • Propose and deploy action plans to improve the performance of the Teams, the productivity per square meters and the commercial offer
  • Propose and implement actions in order to support the recruitment and retention of our customers to boost sales,
  • Develop your network and work on improving business development opportunities, particularly with Department Stores partners, and also with business providers (hotel concierge, guides, personal shoppers, etc.)
  • Ensure that budgets are respected by monitoring the P&L of each point of sale (evolution of turnover, shrinkage and profit generated, etc.)
  • Oversee the proper organization of the sales outlets (and the proper allocation of sales area vs. storage area)

People Management :

  • Ensure meticulous customer service in accordance with the company's DNA
  • Manage individual performances of Floor Managers and Sales Associates with the implementation of personalized action plans
  • Recruit new talents by being a business partner to the Human Resources Department
  • Evaluate employees and implement appropriate action plans

Management of the network :

  • Know the local retail context and be aware of opportunities (popup, ephemeral store, relocations...)
  • Be Kenzo's local ambassador by developing relationships with key local players (Department Stores, network of influence, etc.)
  • Establish a calendar of local sales operations and events and manage the implementation of relevant actions for the zone in collaboration with the HQ functions
