Role Overview & Responsibilities

Position Description: SITE Manager

Primary Responsibilities include the Following:

· Manage the Tooling Integrator contract for the defined Profit Center

· Total Plant Sales & Profitability

· Inventory Supply chain Management

· Manage and achieve the KPI’s

o Profitability

o Delivery

o Cost Savings

o Customer Satisfaction

· Vendor/Customer problem resolution

· Manage supply chain

· Supplier management

· Mentoring and Development of onsite EWIE team

· Support all operations of the EWIE In-Plant Staff

· Customer Interaction with:

o Senior Management

o Manufacturing Engineering team

· Perform other miscellaneous activities as requested by Management

· Attendance of offsite meetings as required

Experience required

· Apprenticeship trained, HND or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering

· CNC Machining experience

· Five years or more related industry experience

· Proficiency in MS Office Apps

· Management experience preferred

Location

Working fulltime onsite Primarily at RR Barnoldswick with supporting trips to Huddersfield

Salary: £38,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

• Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)

Experience:

• Machining: 5 years (required)
