SIA Door Supervisors for Bars and Licensed Venues - Belfast

Eventsec are recruiting casual SIA Door Supervisors for bars and Licensed venues in Belfast City Centre.

Duties will include:

• Controlling and monitoring access in and out of venues
• Providing a high level of customer care to all
• Displaying a positive image of the venue and our client
• Welcoming and directing visitors and customers, providing information on venue facilities
• Providing queue management and ID checks
• Encouraging a safe environment for all
• Monitoring crowd and incident response
• Assisting in emergency procedures
• Ensuring any venue policies and procedures are upheld and maintained
• Monitoring for compliance of any COVID related policies

What you will require:

• A valid SIA Door Supervisor licence
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent customer facing skills
