Estelle Manor is a rural retreat nestled in Oxfordshire, set to open her doors in spring. A Grade II-listed landmark house set on a 60-acre estate, surrounded by over 3,000 acres of beautiful parkland.

As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a ‘hosted home’, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove. A hotel and country club with one-of a-kind spaces and old school values of personalised service and discretion.

The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired Bath House, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace.

As a Spa Butler you will provide exceptional service to our members and guests by assisting them through their journey at Eynsham Baths whilst demonstrating knowledge in delivering an authentic guided experience within the thermal area and to the treatment rooms. Supporting the Spa reception team and Treatments team with daily operations, stock management and recording of member preferences, as well as prioritising cleanliness throughout the Baths, you will ensure a luxurious guest experience is carried out as a standard, always striving to provide a personal and exceptional member experience.

Who we are looking for

• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail
• Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines.
• Someone who takes responsibility and initiative to explore issues and to generate new ideas with creative thinking
• Someone with attention to detail, who thrives working within a team environment, interacting with guests and the ability to pick up verbal and non-verbal cues
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests
