We are looking for a Phone Operator to join our bank of staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries, and providing general information about our products and services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and have a friendly and professional demeanour. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their customer service skills in a fast-paced environment. Potential candidates should be prepared to work nights where needed.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Transfer calls to the appropriate department or individual.
• Record customer information accurately and completely.
• Maintain customer records and databases.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.

Pay: £11-£17 per hour inclusive of holiday pay.

Job Type: Zero hours contract
