Role Overview & Responsibilities

An opportunity for organised people to join our e-commerce team.

We are an international company based in Plymouth Road, West Chirton (south) Trading Estate, North Shileds/Newcastle providing cosmetics and other products to barbershops/beauty salons and other consumers all over Great Britain.

Our orders are generated through our own website and popular web portals including Amazon and eBay.

We have a strong emphasis of delivering high levels of service to our clients, prioritising orders for dispatch on a daily basis during weekdays.

We are looking for an individual with skills for online retail websites, basic inventory software and would also pack the items for dispatch & post process. Experience using Ebay and Amazon seller central would be beneficial.

Keen attention to detail.
Capable for writing product description, answering customer emails in a professional, courteous and respectful manner.

Performing other duties as assigned by management to maximize company profitability and customer satisfaction while protecting company assets.

We are based in a warehouse so candidate must be comfortable doing some basic warehouse duties too. The position involves admin so being computer proficient is a bonus.

Being an international wholesale business there is scope to learn a lot of different roles- admin/customs/book keeping etc...

Qualifications

Turkish speaking is an advantage though not a must.

E-Commerce experience.

Customer Service knowledge.

Prior retail and/or sales experience preferred.

Excellent written communication skills to improve online customer satisfaction.

All year around,

Various days between Monday to Friday,

Various hours between 09:00am to 17:00pm.

Average 5 hours every day
