Receptionist/Host/Hostess

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We're looking for a bubbly and dynamic person to join our team here to be the face of Escape Hunt Watford when our guests arrive for their adventure. You will be interacting with our guests making sure they are cheerfully welcomed and seated excited to play their game.

Your focus will be on taking charge of our busy lobby at our peak times, Saturdays, Sundays and half term weeks (possibly the occasional Friday too.)

Your main responsibilities would include:

• Greeting our guests and seating them
• Offering and serving drinks
• Keeping on top of tidiness in the lobby
• Taking phone calls
• Coordinating our Games Masters to orchestrate a smooth system for our many bookings

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 per week

Salary: £9.75 per hour
