Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are a successful industrial drainage and waste management company with over 25 years experience. Due to considerable expansion, we are looking for candidates to join our Industrial drainage division. Enviro-clean are expanding into the Industrial Services (I.S) market, and this requires the I.S team to be flexible in our approach so that we can deliver the type of service that customers require. The team will be assembled based on an experienced core at management level. Experienced Driver/Operators will also be added to the team. This will be supported by multiskilled operatives who will accommodate the wide and varied type of work that comes with Industrial Services. All members of the I.S team will need to have a “can do attitude” with an ethos for safety at their core. There are many Industrial Service companies operating in the UK, and rather than being the same as the rest, we want to stand out as an I.S company that can be counted on as a support function whether its planned Outage work, or out of hours emergency work. We will offer 24/7/365 availability with an I.S team setup for consistent emergency cover. The I.S team will also support the core wastewater side of the business so that productivity is maintained for the good of the business.

Training will be key to pushing the business forward, and the catalyst for good self-development is becoming a trusted and productive member of the team. Training can be costly to the business, and in order to spend this money wisely we will monitor all the I.S team whether its assessments or appraisals to select and build an efficient team.

There will be certain key requirements to becoming part of the I.S team and these would be, but not limited to:

Operative

1. Water Jetting Ticket

2 Confined space Ticket (Medium or High Risk)

3 ERT Ticket.

4 First Aid.

5 Emergency First Aid

6 CSCS

7 Driving Licence

8 Manual Handling

Driver

1 LGV 1 or 2

2 DCPC

3 ADR Tanks & packages

5 Emergency First Aid

6 Emergency First Aid

6 First Aid

7 Confined Space Ticket (Medium or High Risk)

8 Water jetting

These roles would require you to be a good timekeeper, and flexible with overtime and weekend working. There may also be a requirement for working away from home. The job can be demanding and unpredictable at times. You will be expected to work in testing environments whether its cleaning out septic tanks, or washing down acid tanks. Enviro-clean will provide you with the training, technical method, and PPE to safely complete any tasks you are asked to do.
