About us

ECC has teamed up with colleagues from Crossroads who have delivered home care services for 35 years. Our combined expertise provides reliable, person-centred, professional care for the most vulnerable adults and elderly clients in our community.

We are looking to recruit experienced, caring, and passionate Live-in Carers to join our dedicated team. We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding care to our clients and offer free full training to our staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain a person-centred care service, promoting independence and providing emotional support.
• Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing and continence support.
• Prepare and cook nutritious meals according to the client's preferences and needs.
• Manage medication and treatments following the client's care plan.
• Observing and reporting any changes in the health of our clients.
• Responding promptly to emergencies.
• Support with social engagement, such as encouraging hobbies and interests and encouraging the client to participate in their social groups actively.
• Household duties, including hoovering, dusting, and laundry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £760.00 per week
