Endiprev is an international reference in the provision of specialized services, project commissioning, preventive maintenance, as well as corrective and major corrective measures, involving onshore and offshore wind energy equipment.

We work all over the world in close partnership with the main manufacturers of wind turbines (OEM).

We have experience in more than 35 countries and offices in 8 countries: Germany, Spain, the United States, the Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden, France, and the United Kingdom, and we are prepared for any challenge.

We are looking for an Office Coordinator to join our team in Sunderland, UK.

DESCRIPTION OF TASKS:

- Assisting the recruitment process (screening, identification of candidates, telephone and face to face interviews, selection and hiring);
- Conduct initial orientation and training to newly hired employees;
- Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties;
- Compiling and updating employee records (hard and digital copies);
- Assist in payroll by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc);
- Collaborate in the fulfilment of the training plan, managing and operating the planned training actions, as well as the management and approval of the logistics services necessary for
the mobility of the workers;
- Assisting with the mobility procedures related with employee EU posting;
- Ensure compliance with all legal and tax obligations arising from wage processing;
- Participate in the performance assessment evaluation, by launching evaluation campaigns and maintain the data;
- To actively collaborate for a good working environment and the good relationship between Endiprev's employees, providing a feeling of unifying culture in Endiprev and that the collective is more important than the individual;
- To comply with the procedures and safety rules established by Endiprev and/or the clients;
- Cooperate, whenever requested by the Manager, with the Endiprev's colleagues.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
