Streetworks/ Traffic Management Administrator

Role Overview & Responsibilities

This role will be based within our Traffic Management department and will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Booking of traffic management installations and associated permits and applications
• Following up and progressing streetworks permits through to approval
• Communication with local authorities and customers
• Providing supply updates to clients either via email or telephone call
• Schedule traffic management operatives work on a daily basis
• Update management systems to specific timescales and deliverables within the contract
• Overflow call taking and passing messages onto the relevant team member

Symology Certificate (preferred)

Streetmanage experience (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
