Role Overview & Responsibilities

A fantastic opportunity has arisen in our busy Dumfries location for the position of a proactive account Internal Sales assistant.

Working as part of a team of 7, we are looking for ambitious and highly motivated individual to help develop & grow our existing customer by delivering exceptional customer service to Dumfries & Galloway.

Duties Include:

• Maintaining good relationships with existing clients
• Quoting materials
• Delivering industry leading customer service to clients that visit the trade counter
• Promoting account incentives and marketing to a growing customer base
• Assist with stock management & administration
• Developing relationships with & help identify potential clients

The successful candidate will:

• Be able and willing to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations
• Have the ability to comfortably talk to others
• Good oral and written communication
• Good time management and organisational skills
• A self starter, able to work on own initiative
• Hard working with a drive to succeed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
