We are an award winning family run business, with over 90 years motor trade experience. We are currently looking for an experienced Account Assistant to join our accounts department within our busy car supermarket based in Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire.

Account Assistant/Administrator

Job Type

Full time permanent (Would consider someone looking for flexible hours)

Salary

£25,000 for the right candidate plus benefits.

Hours of Work

8.30am to 5pm Monday ot Friday (Would also consider someone looking for part time)

Accounts Assistant Responsibilities:

• Allocating payments
• General Administration Duties
• Answer customer queries by phone & email
• Providing POD's, copy invoices etc.
• Scanning & indexing documents
• Credit control
• Setting up new accounts
• Ad hoc duties as required by Senior Accountant

Key requirements for the role:

·Ideally you will have worked within a busy accounts department within the motor trade, you will have a keen eye for detail and be exceptionally organised with great verbal skills with a high degree of computer literacy.
