We are looking for a confident and experienced Sales Administrator to support our existing small team.

Duties include:

• Use existing CRM system to log/process online, email and phone enquiries
• Perform basic customer service functions, like answering questions or responding to enquiries
• Maintain and update databases and customer records
• Communicate customer feedback
• Stock ordering
• Take client order enquiries and accurately communicate to the Director
• Office support as required
• Become an expert on Company product and service offerings

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £22,052.00-£22,721.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

• Shrewsbury: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
