Customer Care Centre Agent

Earful is an independent hearing care provider with an innovative vision to educate and help ears of all ages, in a world full of noise. We are proud to provide high-quality hearing care services to our patients, and are entering an exciting phase of business growth.

We are currently seeking a conscientious and like-minded individual to join our team as a Customer Care Centre Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients both at our clinics and in their homes. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our patients have the support they need to manage their hearing health.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and emails from patients and ensure that their queries are resolved in a timely and efficient manner
• Schedule appointments for patients and ensure that they receive the necessary information about their appointments
• Provide administrative support to our clinicians and ensure that patient records are accurate and up-to-date
• Reply to enquiries through Social Media, E-mail and inbound calls.
• Work collaboratively with the rest of the Earful team to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £20,500.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bolton: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (required)

Experience:

• customer service: 1 year (preferred)
