Role Overview & Responsibilities

Dulcis is an independent food business that services authentic Italian gelato and pasticcini (our beloved bite-sized Italian cake) to the sophisticated clientele of Cambridge in the great scenario of Rose Crescent.

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Ice Cream Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the food industry and a passion for food preparation. The successful candidate for this position can work independently, and in a team, can multi-task, and can work in a fast-paced environment. This is the perfect opportunity for the successful candidate to join an innovative and energetic team that develops authentic Italian products.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide customers with the highest quality ice cream and other frozen desserts.
• Prepare ice cream according to the chef's recipe and customer preferences.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area.
• Maintain schedule for product production.
• Handle and transport ingredients in a safe manner.
• Cash and Pdq handling
