Role Overview & Responsibilities
To provide a comprehensive effective and efficient administrative support service to the Community Nursing Teams with online Non Prescription Ordering Service.
To liaise with other Health Care Professionals in order to assist with seamless transitionof patient care.
The post holder will be required to obtain information from HealthCare Professionals to ensure that high quality care is provided.
