Experienced Site Manager Needed!

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are currently seeking an Experienced Site Manager for a construction project in Central London. The successful candidate must have relevant qualifications including SMSTS/First Aid certificate and be well versed in dealing with large contractors, clients and managing RAMS.

Responsibilities:

- Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring client specifications and requirements are met and reviewing progress

- Liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs and providing regular updates to clients

- Managing Health and Safety measures to ensure all regulations are adhered to by all personnel on site

- Liaising with clients, other construction professionals and members of the public to ensure projects run smoothly

Requirements:

- Extensive experience as a Site Manager within the construction sector

- Excellent communication and management skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- Proven experience in supervising construction sites

- Ability to work well as part of a team

- Positive attitude towards problem-solving
