We have a great opportunity for a Senior Care Assistant to join fantastic establishment based in the B97 area of Redditch. This is a fantastic opportunity with massive growth potential of moving into a management position.

Job Duties

• Supervise team of Care Assistants
• Monitor Patients
• Complete Meds round
• Develop and lead activities with service users

Ideal Candidate

• MUST have previous experience working as a Senior Care Assistant
• MUST have a NVQ level 2
• Strong work ethic
• Team player
• Excellent communication
