Office Assistant

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We're looking for someone to join the team of a friendly IT & Communications company.

We're looking for an organized person, with a good telephone manner & ideally some existing office skills.

The successful candidate will work along side our existing customer service team to continue improving our customers' experience, this will include taking calls and liaising with engineers...also offering our office dog plenty of cuddles.

We encourage out-of-the-box thinking and looking for someone who can easily gel with the current team and our existing customers. If you happen to be a keen baker, we welcome you with open arms.

The role would be either full time or part-time with some weekend work. Hours are flexible and pay will be decided upon experience.

We will also assist with additional training and qualifications.
