Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are Down The Hatch, an authentic Canadian diner focusing on diner style food with a fresh locally sourced twist, big flavours, huge portions and all things Canadian! We focus on huge portions, dirty burgers, loaded fries, wings to mention a few!

Starting pay is from £10ph plus an equal share of tips with 100% of the tips going to the team. Pay is bi-weekly.

Responsibilities will include:

• Support the Head Chef in a hands on capacity.
• Maintain & enhance Food Standards on a daily basis.
• Ensure excellent standards including compliance with all HACCP responsibilities.
• Be part of the team creating our daily specials and menu development.
