Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for a person who is flexible and motivated to join our maintenance team in undertaking various routine and maintenance work in our care homes based in East Devon.

All our care homes have been rated Outstanding by the CQC and have been consistently rated in the Top 20 care homes in the South West by carehome.co.uk

As part of our maintenance team you will;

Ensure that all homes are maintained and decorated to high standards

To be committed to Health & Safety at work and to undergo Health & Safety training as required.

To be on call during the evenings and/or on weekends on a rota basis

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-24 per week

Salary: £14.30 per hour
