Role Overview & Responsibilities

Support Workers
Full-time (37.5hrs a week) or part-time (from 25hrs a week)
Salary: £21,313.45 PLUS company benefits AND realistic earn up to annual salary of £27,385.08
Location: Cardiff
Early shifts, Late shifts and sleep-ins shifts

The people you will be supporting lead busy, busy lives - they need you to keep up with them and share their joy in their favoured activities. You will need to be proactive, engaging and caring as you support people with learning disabilities, to live their best lives - the lives that they choose to live.
Every day will be different, and rewarding, as you encourage and empower each person to be actively engaged in every aspect of their daily lives -this will include accompanying to favoured activities and support with daily living skills, medication, personal care and mobility assistance, as required.
