Due to their success, they are now looking for a UX Researcher based in the North East, who has a deep understanding of qualitative and quantitative research, bias, and personas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Owning and executing research strategy.
- Formulating data based on conducted studies.
- Developing and researching user personas.
- Conducting workshops and interviews.
- Interpreting briefs and formulating effective research initiatives.
Key Skills/Characteristics:
- Minimum 2 years working in UX Research.
- Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication.
- People person.
- Excellent time management.
- Knowledge of the current tech and tools used for conducting research.
