Job Description:
Responsible for cleaning of apartments, public areas in the apartments to ensure presentation of all areas meets required standard. Requires a strong attention to detail.

Primary Responsibilities:
Ensure good communication is maintained between head housekeeper & maintenance team.

• Clean public areas to a high standard and ensure check list has been completed and signed each day;
• Daily check of the arrival rooms to ensure they are well presented to the required standard;
• Ensure that weekly tasks are completed as required;
• In charge of the keeping exterior entrance area clean presentable
• Report any maintenance faults.
• Check inventory levels for cleaning and guests’ products for the rooms and control the stock on the weekly basis.
• Assist with Linen/managing rejects.
• Inform and report any lost property
• Warmly greet any guests you pass in the public areas;
• Be polite and considerate of all guests at all times;
• Attend any training requested by the company

Preferred Skills and Experience:

· Previous experience as a Room Attendant or cleaner preferred but not essential as training will be given, if you have a 'can do' approach then please apply.

· An effective team player

· A positive attitude and approach

· A passion for high standards of cleanliness and presentation

· Good communication skills/English speaking

· Computer literate

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From £10.50 per hour
