Being part of the Design Dimension, We have been able to inherently develop as a practice of Planning Consultants, Architects, Designers and Structural Engineers with a reputation for creating attractive, contemporary architecture. The practice's projects are broad undertaking housing and commercial developments across the country. Our aims are always to maximize growth and make the best use of each and every opportunity. Having experience in conservation areas, conversions and new builds enables us to produce effective proposals for each and every site.

Our team is growing, and we are looking for a architectural assistant who will join a consultancy specializing in design, planning, building surveying, engineering and more. We expect the successful candidate to work on projects across a range of sectors including: residential, commercial, healthcare and many more sectors.

Skills required:

• Be competent across all RIBA stages, 1-6
• RIBA Part 2 Qualified or equivalent
• 3 years' experience
• Proven design and analytical skills
• Technical detail
• Knowledge of both AutoCAD and Revit, 3d max
• Knowledge of UK building regulations
• Knowledge of planning applications in the UK

Salary offered is based on experience and knowledge.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract, Graduate
Contract length: 24 months

Salary: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
