Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are seeking to appoint an exceptional leader as Operations Manager to support our students and staff. Tupton Hall is an 11-18 mixed comprehensive school striving to become outstanding in the near future. There are 1550 students on roll including 315 in the Sixth Form.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be able to act as a strategic senior leader
  • Lead on HR and Health and Safety across the school
  • Lead high quality resourcing, excelling in financial management and security
  • Lead all support staff
