Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Executive Personal Assistant who has a minimum of two years’ experience in either a commercial or public sector role.

You will be part of a dynamic, evolving Multi Academy Trust. We are seeking a confident, proactive individual with the desire to add value to our team and preferably has an understanding of the educational landscape.

As an Executive Personal Assistant, you will provide comprehensive, confidential and high-quality support to the Chief Executive Officer and the wider central team at TEAM Education Trust. You will proactively manage the sourcing and processing of information, of a highly complex and sensitive nature. You will be responsible for the management of the CEO`s diary, quality assuring briefing material, ensuring that all matters relating to the CEO`s activity is appropriately escalated and managed to ensure successful delivery.

Conscientiously managing the time of the CEO in a way that ensures visibility across the Trust and helps support the engagement agenda. You will ensure that the CEO is fully prepared for all meetings, with papers and any necessary documentation is provided.

The role requires flexibility and adaptability together with the ability to respond to tight deadlines when necessary.
