FULL TIME POSITION

Combining the Shop, deli, bar and Café concept with an awesome drink’s selection, craft beers, world lagers, ales, artisan spirts and world wines. As a high energy bar and Café a range of cocktails offering freshly baked cakes, sausage rolls made in house by our master chefs.

Food wise we have developed an exciting menu perfectly suited to this fun concept, featuring all day brunch, Tapa's and Lunch menu and a great gourmet sandwich selection, deli boards perfect for sharing amongst friends.

We are looking to create a team of highly passionate and energetic people to deliver the most fun bar/ café / bar experience in Aston on Trent.

The right candidate will be a fantastic people person, loves chatting with guests and making them feel at home, they take pride in their product knowledge and love educating guests whether it be on our fantastic range of beers or our signature cocktails. Take pride in everything they do, from wearing a clean ironed T-shirt and Apron to ensuring each cocktail that leaves the bar is as well dressed as they are. Bar experience is desirable but not essential.

Your shift will include ensuring the bar is fully stocked clean and tidy, serving guests, food running, Hosting on the floor, delivering drinks to tables, engaging with customers and talking them through the interactive games we have on offer. Cleaning and breaking down the bar.
