Dennys Brands’ shop supplies the hospitality and catering trade with their clothing, shoes, and knives. We have a new opening and are seeking a dynamic and versatile person to join our team, providing excellent customer service to both walk in customers and established account customers.

Job Summary

Serving customers and dealing with enquiries.

Processing cash and card payments.

Replenishing stock

Unpacking and sorting deliveries.

Updating customer records in the company’s database as required

Computerised Stock taking procedures

One to one customer service

Critical capabilities

Communication.

Being able to confidently communicate with customers, team members and colleagues.

Collaboration.

Working across departments to ensure correct paperwork is in place.

Attention to detail.

Ensuring accuracy in all your processing and dealing with customers

Knowledge and experience.

Excellent back office admin skills

Sales or customer service experience.

Positive, friendly manner.

Good computer skills including Excel and Word.

Hours .10-6 Monday to Friday with 1/2-hour break

Holiday 25 days plus your birthday off.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £12.00 per hour
