Role Overview & Responsibilities

Main Purpose of Job

To support the HR team administratively becoming the first line of contact for employees and managers throughout the Group.

Key Accountabilities and Objectives

· Draft and issue contracts of employment, offer letters and supporting documents.

· Review new employee files and chase for missing documents/data.

· Draft and issue change of Terms and Conditions letters

· Draft and issue leaver letters

· Carry out data entry on the HR system including uploading documents, updating training records and running ad-hoc reports.

· Action items in the HR inbox.

· Scan documents into employee files on SharePoint

· Scan paper employee files and save in SharePoint

Other Duties

§ Develop knowledge of HR Information System to be able to provide assistance to managers.

§ Promote the Company Vision and Values.

§ Conduct any other reasonable requests associated with the role function or the smooth running of the department.

Person Specification

· The post holder must show a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

· Excellent attention to detail.

· Ability to deal with a wide range of tasks.

· Previous experience in a HR environment beneficial, as is experience of a HR and or payroll system.

· Development opportunity to study for an apprenticeship and gain CIPD level 3.

This position is 35 hours a week Monday to Friday, office based 5 days a week to start but will become hybrid with 3 days a week in Brentford Head Office, and 2 days at home.

Working times/hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. 9am to 5pm.
