Role Overview & Responsibilities

Job Title: Sales Assistant at Dash Cakes

Dash Cakes is a growing cake and celebration shop located in kensignton high street. We are seeking a sales assistant to join our team and help us deliver exceptional customer service and sales experiences to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers and providing a warm welcome to the shop
• Assisting customers in selecting the perfect cake for their occasion and upselling additional products and services
• Processing customer transactions through our point-of-sale system
• Keeping the shop clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
• Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Assisting with basic cake decorating tasks and other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn basic cake decorating techniques
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
