Lettings Negotiator

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Daniels are a well established agent who benefit from five well placed offices located across Brent. Having built a strong reputation over the last 30 years we are continuously looking to expand and are now looking for a motivated individual to join our dynamic team in our Sudbury (HA0) office.

The role is specifically for a lettings negotiator, ideally with experience within the industry, however we will consider someone without experience if they can demonstrate they have the ability to learn quickly and the motivation to succeed.

The key duties would involve calling applicants who have registered with property requirements, to maintain a database of tenants, matching tenants requirements to suitable properties, carrying out viewings, negotiating lets, dealing with landlords and customer care.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
