Pot Washer/Kitchen Assistant

Role Overview & Responsibilities

DAMONS RESTAURANT IS LOOKING TO EMPLOY A FULL AND PART TIME DISHWASHER TO JOIN OUR TEAM.

Rates of Pay starting from:

• 17 years of age - £8.50
• 18-20 years of age - £9.50
• 21+ years of age - £10.50

Hours of work: Shift patterns cover morning, afternoon and evening.

This is a fixed permanent rota so that you can plan and organise your free time. Overtime available.

No experience required – full training given

This job is available with an immediate start.

Damons American style Restaurant is famous for its speciality ribs.

We are located south of Lincoln City and share our site with Damons Motel.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Previous experience in hospitality preferred but not essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Using a commercial dish washer, stacking crockery and cutlery into the machine
• Properly washes, stacks and stores china, silverware, cookware and storage containers
• Exercise teamwork with other members of staff
• Responsible for helping keeping the dish wash area and kitchen clean, tidy and fully stocked ready for service
• Follow health and safety rules in the kitchen
• To be able to function in a fast paced busy environment
• all other duties as required
