Waitress/Catering Assistant

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Looking for 3 waitress/waiters to work for at a private dinner party between 1 pm and 8 pm on the 17th of March at the location this will be private dinner for 50 people. Job would require

1.00 pm Setting up, filling up drinks and setting canopes

1.45 - 3 pm serving drinks and canopes and collecting empty glasses placing in kitchen. Collecting empty canope boats and throwing in bin.

3pm - helping caterer and catering waiters to serve food

6.30 pm - set the buffet table and plates

7.30 pm-clean away

Job would require transferring hot food to bowl dishes and placing the dishes on the table also setting the table . Clearing the tables after dinner. For dinner will take place at 2:45. Dinner will be for 50 people.

There will be a second buffet at 6 o’clock where table arrangements would need to be made. After, the food would need to be packed away and tables cleared. All staff will be paid cash in hand for the day if preferred I’m also looking for two staff members to help with breakfast in the morning between nine and 11 to serve 15 people.

Dress code – all black smart

Job Types: Temporary contract, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 1 day

Salary: £15.00 per hour
