GARMENT TECH ADMIN ASSISTANT – FASHION ROLE

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing Manchester based fast fashion brand, best known for our cute graphics and custom prints. Current retailers include ASOS and Urban Outfitters.

We are looking for someone who loves fashion, interested in developing skills within the fast fashion industry and is passionate about ensuring our product is the best it can be for our customers.

The role includes:

· Supporting the Garment tech team and the Design team to process samples

· Measuring samples

· Setting up / processing workbooks

· Organising and managing the processed samples

· Support the Garment Technicians with fitting and reviewing samples

· Supporting the Garment technicians and Designers with daily admin tasks

About You:

· A technical oriented qualification, preferably at degree level is ideal but not essential

· An understanding of measurements and measuring garments is essential

· Strong communication and organisational skills

· A positive can-do attitude

· Confidence working in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to prioritise workload

· Agility and ability to move between tasks with ease

· Skills in Microsoft office and PC literate

· A desire to learn new skills

· Minimum of 6 months working in a similar role is essential

Salary: Up to £21,000.00 per year
