Our work environment includes:

• Modern office setting

We are seeking an Accounts Clerk, Administrator to join our small team in a Full time permanent position.

Duties to include:

• Bank reconciliation.

• Production of creditors and debtors’ reports.

• Credit control.

• Purchase ledger.

• Managing Aged debtors & creditors

• Liaising with customers over payments.

• SAGE Accounting.

• Raising proforma invoices.

• Answering the phone.

• Filing and general admin duties

• Dealing face to face with customers.

The ideal candidate will be a good communicator, computer literate, manage time efficiently, self-sufficient and have experience in the above roles and accounting packages.

The hours are 8:30 till 17:00 Monday to Friday

Salary: £19,662.00-£20,468.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Birmingham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Accounting: 2 years (preferred)
• bookkeeping: 2 years (preferred)
