Location: HMP Lewes, East Sussex Contract: Permanent, Part-Time (3 days per week) Salary: £20,972 - £22,526 per annum pro rata (depending on skills and experience) Closing Date: 05th June 2023

We are delighted to be recruiting an Administrator to support the delivery of our Prisons contract in HMP Lewes, East Sussex, supporting the Team Leader to ensure a high level of service is maintained.

As Prisons Administrator you will be responsible for supporting the effective delivery of the Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) Prison contract, including supporting the Team Leader and Prison IAG team, with administrative tasks.

Main Responsibilities

  • To undertake daily scanning and uploading of PLP’s (Personal Learning Plans) onto PNOMIS system at HMP Lewes
  • Support IAG advisers with booking appointments and schedule follow-up appointments as required
  • Support the sharing of information across the Kent, Surrey and Sussex Prison group
  • Collate data from each of the prisons on a weekly basis.
  • Compile weekly report sheet and share with the Area Manager Prisons
  • Produce monthly MI report for Prison Area Manager and the Assistant Director Careers Management within agreed deadline
