Registered Veterinary Nurse – Salary from £23,500

We have an exciting opportunity for an RVN to join our friendly and dedicated team here at Seymour Vets!

Our newly renovated hospital has provided us with a bright spacious modern practice with the most up to date Veterinary facilities, including an on-site CT scanner, dedicated dental suite with DR dental x-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy and in-house laboratory. We also have a large spacious staffroom located upstairs, away from the phones for peaceful break times, we are located on the quayside of the river Dart so you can enjoy lunchtime strolls by the river and our Preston surgery is located a 5 minute drive from Preston sands!

We are a friendly team based in a beautiful riverside location, teamwork and fun is very important to our working life. We try to accommodate several practice social events a year from paddle boarding, cocktail making and games nights, taking advantage of the stunning Devon coast and countryside around us!

The role is to cover 5 days a week with a weekend rota but no OOH

Shifts include,

Ward 7.30am - 4.30pm

Prep/theatre 8.am - 5pm

Late shift 10.30am – 7.30pm

1 hour unpaid lunch.

We can welcome either an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse or a Nurse who has recently qualified. Starting salary for a newly qualified Nurse is £23,500 + benefits

For an experienced RVN Salary up to 27,000 dependant on experience + benefits.
