Role Overview & Responsibilities

Role: WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE

Company: EP Sports

Hours: 40 hours per week (8:30 – 17:30) Monday to Friday with the opportunity for over time.

Salary: NMW

Location: North Cheshire Trading Estate. CH43 3HF

The successful candidate will be responsible for picking and packing orders from our ecommerce store, co ordinating the dispatch of orders and processing incoming goods.

Working alongside and reporting to the Team Leader the main duties involve:

• Picking and packing incoming ecommerce orders
• Processing the dispatch for ecommerce orders
• Processing incoming deliveries
• Maintaining a clean and tidy warehouse
• Managing stock

Due to the dynamic nature of the business, your job role will inevitably grow over time as your skills develop. You may, from time to time, be required to undertake other tasks of a similar nature that fall within your capabilities.

A successful applicant should have:

• Competent computer user
• Experience working in a warehouse environment
• Organised and efficient approach towards work
• Willingness to learn, with a ‘get stuck in’ attitude
• Physically fit as some heavy lifting will be required at times

Desired qualifications:

• GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 (or equivalent qualification) in maths and English desirable.
• Hold a forklift license
