Sales Assistant

We are a tight knit team looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic and excited individual - a people person through and through. The foundation of our business is face to face negotiations and interactions; marketing nowadays is primarily focused on the top end of the marketing funnel such as social media and online advertisements. What we focus on is creating a positive experience and meaningful interactions in order to generate long lasting customers as well as strengthen relations with existing ones!

Our Sales Assistants are individuals who are looking for an engaging environment and to be challenged in order to achieve their career goals and develop personally. The ideal candidate is motivated, driven and eager to develop their communication and leadership skills so that they can take control of their own progression and unlock their full potential.

We will provide a 2 week training programme where you will have the chance to tap into our one on one coaching/ mentoring style training and flourish into a more confident individual.

Beginning base salary - £24,000

Main Responsibilities:

Work on marketing and sales campaigns for world-renowned brands.

Mentoring and supporting a team so they develop and achieve their goals.

Set up and present client services to potential customers.

Running events and sales campaigns.

Strengthen existing customer bonds.

Requirements:

You must be based in London, UK. (able to travel)
