Role Overview & Responsibilities

Job Summary

The San Francisco Bay Area Sales Associate will perform a variety of activities in support of the outside sales team and stores. Their top priority will be prospecting for new business opportunities on job sites and in offices both in person and via phone. The territory will cover from the South Bay (Gilroy) up to San Francisco.

Responsibilities and Duties

Sales Associate primary role is to develop new business opportunities with the guidance of the Outside Sales Representatives and Sales Manager. Assist with maintaining Cresco's level of service with existing accounts. Sales Associates will learn all aspects of Cresco's sales model, while mentoring under our outside sales team. Sales associates will work towards enhancing customer relationships, while continually assessing customer's needs. This is a salary position with a quarterly bonus program, reporting directly to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications and Skills

In addition, Cresco's expectations for this candidate will include, but not limited to:

• Excellent telephone skills, computer knowledge, and a working knowledge of our CRM database
• A working knowledge of our rental fleet and pricing structure
• Having knowledge of Cresco's store operations is beneficial
• Understanding market trends - supply and demand market pricing
• High energy level, comfortable performing multiple tasks in their day-to-day activities
• Professionalism and integrity consistent with Cresco's core values along with the desire to be the best is imperative
• Ability to function well as a team member
• Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented
• Develop an understanding of competitor's business models, rental rates and service areas
• Working towards increasing Cresco's underutilized fleet
• Clean DMV & Insurable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
