Creative Support has an opportunity for a PBS Practitioner to join our multi-disciplinary Complex Care Team. We are a dynamic, innovative and evolving team, committed to embedding PBS and achieving our pledge to the Restraint Reduction Network. As a team we are genuinely motivated by the people we support and this is fundamental to the high standards that we aim to achieve and we are looking for a practitioner who shares this passion. You must be able to engage with the people we support, their families and multi-disciplinary teams, analysis data and produce high quality written assessments and reports that translate into practice.

You will be based at our Warrington Office and have a remit across Merseyside with strong links to our Head Office in Stockport. Support for our North West and national services will also be a requirement as needed. Maintaining our existing positive reputation requires a professional and skilled communicator with the ability to work in situations that require flexibility. You must be able to create individualised plans based functional assessments to achieve personalised outcomes that enhance quality of life. This is an engaged role and requires a commitment to embed practice through leadership and training. A recognised qualification in PBS is a requirement of the role but we are interested in receiving applications from individuals with relevant experience and the personal qualities we are looking for.

We are a passionate, inclusive and anti-racist organisation. We embrace diversity and encourage applicants from all backgrounds and cultures. As a Disability Confident Employer we welcome applications from people with a disability, and as a proud Stonewall Diversity Champion we actively encourage applications from the LGBT+ community.
