You

The agency are looking for people who have a great blend of skills from creative and strategic thinking, and strong internal communications background. You'll likely have 5 years+ industry experience, with experience within an agency or consultancy environment desirable but not essential, with deep experience of delivering large scale internal communications projects of a significant scale. Strong organisational and planning skills, along with excellent commmunication and interpersonal skills.

The role

You will work collaboratively with their client-facing team on internal (and occasionally) external communications projects. You'll develop, coordinate, direct and facilitate strategic communications through understanding of business goals. This role will oversee communications work from strategic development to production, working closely with internal design, digital and video teams, through to launch and to metrics review. The agency is fast-paced and dynamic, and you'll be expected to be in the middle of any project coordinating progress, resolving issues, planning resources, and motivating team members.

The agency work remotely but you must be based in the UK for occasional meetings.
